Rayalaseema pachi karam is a easy chutney recipe which can be prepared with three ingredients Onion, green chillies and salt. It tastes good with dosa and can be prepared in 10 minutes
Boil 1 cup of water and then add roughly chopped onions, green chillies and let it cook for about 5 to 10 minutes so that onion and green chillies will loose the raw smell
Take the cooked onions, green chillies into mixer jar and add salt
Blend the mixture, onions can be ground fine to a course consistency where there are some tiny pieces of onions.
