Maggi Goreng means Maggi is a brand of instant noodle and Goreng means "fried" in Malaysian language. It is a style of cooking instant noodles with vegetables, eggs and sauces
In a multipot or pan add 2 glasses of water and add maggi and do not add maggi masala and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
Drain the excess water in maggi using a drainer and add 1 tablespoon of oil into the maggi and mix it well, so that the maggi won't be sticky
In multipot set the setting to saute and add all the sauces
Heat multipot or pan with oil, add sliced onions, eggs, garlic, soy sauce, chilly sauce, tomato ketchup saute for nearly 2 to 3 minutes and now add drained maggi and stir it well
If we like we can add chicken and vegetables also
Now add maggi masala and stir it well and serve hot
