 5 tbsp Cocoa powder
 2 tbsp Milk powder
 ¼ cup Butter
 ½ cup Water
 ¼ cup Iced sugar
 2 drops Vanilla essence

For double boiling boil water in a big pan, place a bowl top of it. Heat water and bring to a boil, Reduce flame add butter and mix well till it melts, Turn off heat.

In a bowl take iced sugar, cocoa powder, milk powder and mix it well

Add the mixture of iced sugar, cocoa powder, milk powder to the liquid mixture of butter and water stir it well until it turns to smooth and silky. Add vanilla essence and stir it well.

Now scoop the mixture and pour into silicon mould, alternatively instead of silicon moulds ice moulds can be also used. Shake and tap the silicon mould gently to avoid air bubbles.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or till it sets completely, slowly remove chocolate from the mould.
Serve homemade chocolate or store it in air tight container in refrigerator. Homemade chocolates can be stored in refrigerator up to 4 months
