 500 g Mutton
 3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 1 tbsp Turmeric
 2 tbsp Mutton Masala
 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
 4 tbsp Oil
 2 cups Water
 1 Onion
 1 Tomato
 Curry Leaves
 Coriander Leaves
 Salt
 Chilly Powder

Cut mutton into medium pieces and wash mutton under running water. Take a pressure cooker add mutton pieces, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste,1 tablespoon turmeric, salt to taste, 2 glasses of water. Cook for 3 whistles

Add 4 tablespoons of oil to a pan. Let the oil gets warm and add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes so that the raw smell gets removed. Add chopped onion, tomato, curry leaves and fry for another 2 minutes and add chilly powder and stir the mix gently

Add cooked mutton pieces to the pan and stir it till colour changes to golden brown

Add mutton masala, coriander seeds powder and stir it gently for about 5 minutes on medium flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Rayalaseema Mutton vepudu can be served with Biryani, Chapati.
